Project 2A
On the previous self portrait exercise, Mr Fauzi had mentioned that the composition is okay but make sure you adjust the hue and saturation and brightness on your portrait. I did not adjust the lighting of my portrait so it looks really off. So this time I made sure I adjust my portrait lightning and making sure it fits with the background as well.

I really like simple minimalistic design. So the main focus for this project for me is to challenge myself and try to add as less element as possible and of course making sure it looks great. I also made sure I leave not too much but a lot of negative space.

Final Chosen Design
I chose to submit this because I like the simple contrast black and white background and how my portrait is kind of interacting with the polaroid frame and the plants. I also really like the overall colour balance in this design.
Project 2B
We are to Photoshop ourself into a Cyborg. We only have to change a part of the body into the cyborg and we started out by explaining/ describe our though process on which part of the body are we choosing and we have to sketch out the ideas.
Project 2B
I play a lot of frisbee competition. I have a long term knee and ankle injury so sometimes it could hurt even when I’m just walking. Every time when I play frisbee, I always imagined that what if I have stronger/Powerful robotic legs that can make me jump way more higher and run insanely fast. Robotic legs that are tough and protect me from injuries.
Sketches
My main concept is changing my leg into a cyborg, it can be knee, ankle or even the whole leg. I started out by sketching the perspective/ poses for the photo, I was trying to experiment with the poses and I'm trying to work out the best pose that could make the cyborg leg looks obvious. It should be the first thing the audience can see when they look at the photo.
Poses research
The background had been confirmed to be in a football field. Now it's just about what kind of poses can I do that works best with the robotic leg. All the photos below are just an example of what kind of poses can I do. For the final photo manipulation work it will be me alone in field.
The pictures in the poses research section are not taken by me.

First attempt
I had a small consultation with my lecturer, he suggested that maybe instead of one leg I could try to make both of the leg cyborg as well. He also mentioned that I could add some movement to the image. So I went back to try to work on that.
